Release of Liability

           I, We ___________________________________________being paying guest(s) of Robert N. Woodworth and Barbara K. Woodworth, at the premises known as the "Nelwood By the Creek" for in consideration of the use of said premises, do hereby waive and release Robert N. Woodworth and Barbara K. Woodworth from all legal liability for personal injury, death or loss of personal property while I am (we are) occupying said premises. The term "occupying" as used herein means to be physically on said property, whether before, during or after term of said rental. This release of liability applies to myself (ourselves) and to my (our) children.
