BUFFALO OZARK RIVER CABIN, Nelwood, is located about 1.5 miles east of Jasper Arkansas on highway 74, on Spider Branch, a creek that feeds into the Little Buffalo River not far from the cabin. The creek runs through the front yard and there are trails behind the cabin that go to the top of a bluff. A great place to get away from the city lights and see some awesome views. We have a lot to offer everyone at NELWOOD BY THE CREEK, from day hikes to floating, swimming and camping on the Buffalo River just a six mile ride from the cabin. At Nelwood, you are just one hour from Branson, Missouri and an hour and fifteen minutes from Eureka Springs with its Passion Play and unique shops. Nelwood is nestled in the middle of the beautiful Ozark Boston Mountains, famous for its hiking trails and beautiful waterfalls.
